Each week-long session immerses participants in FKA's integrated system:
Karate Fundamentals & Advanced Kata: Okinawan Shorin-ryu striking, forms, and bunkai for power and precision.
Jujitsu & Grappling: Throwing, joint locks, ground control – progressive and safe.
Arnis & Weapons Training: Filipino stick/knife (Garimot Arnis), Okinawan kobudo (bo, sai, tonfa, kama, eku).
Self-Defense & Scenarios: Real-world applications, awareness, and multiple attacker drills.
Sport Kumite & Competition Prep: Sparring strategy, timing, and AAU-style point fighting.
Conditioning & Character Building: Fitness drills, mental focus, respect, and perseverance.
Daily structure includes warm-ups, technique instruction, partner drills, group activities, and cool-downs – all age-appropriate (typically ages 6+; Pre-K/youth adaptations available). Families can participate together where suitable, with discounts for multiple members.
